Welcome to ez7.org. Before using this website and any related services, please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. They constitute a legal agreement between ez7 and its members.

By accessing the ez7 platform, creating an account, or using any of our services, you automatically agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using ez7's services.

Ez7 is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform. Our services are available only to individuals who are legally eligible under the laws of their respective countries.

The following requirements must be met to open an account with ez7:

• You must be 18 years of age or older. You are required to confirm your correct age at the time of registration.
• Each person may only create one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same individual, all of them will be closed.
• All information provided at registration must be truthful and accurate. Submitting false information will result in account termination.
• Your account password must be kept confidential. Allowing anyone else to use your account is strictly prohibited.
• If requested to complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, you must submit the required documents within the specified timeframe.

Ez7 reserves the right to reject any registration request or close any account. Members are solely responsible for the security of their own accounts.

The rules governing deposits and withdrawals on ez7 are as follows:

• Minimum Deposit: Each deposit must be for a minimum of BDT 500.
• Minimum Withdrawal: Each withdrawal request must be for a minimum of BDT 500.
• Payment Methods: Deposits and withdrawals are available via Mobile Banking, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer, and USDT crypto.
• Processing Time: Mobile Banking and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 5–10 minutes. Bank transfers may take up to 24 hours.
• Third Parties Prohibited: Depositing to or from any account other than your own is strictly prohibited.
• Verification: Additional identity verification may be required for large withdrawal amounts.

Ez7 does not charge any hidden fees. However, your bank or mobile banking provider may apply their own charges, which are entirely the member's responsibility.

The following rules must be followed when placing bets on ez7:

• All bets must be placed deliberately and of your own free will. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
• Odds in live betting change in real time. The odds applicable at the moment a bet is confirmed will be considered final.
• If a bet cannot be accepted before a match starts due to a technical issue, the deposit will be refunded.
• If a match or event is cancelled, all bets placed on that event will be voided and funds will be returned.
• The maximum bet limit may vary by event type. The specific limit will be displayed on the betting page.
• Ez7 reserves the right to place bets under review if unusual betting patterns or suspicious activity are detected.

Any dispute regarding betting results will be reviewed by the ez7 support team. The relevant account may be temporarily suspended during the review. ez7's final decision shall be considered binding.

All bonus and promotional offers on ez7 come with specific terms. Accepting a bonus means you agree to the associated conditions.

• Welcome Bonus: Applicable to new members only and for the first deposit only.
• Wagering Requirement: Every bonus comes with a wagering requirement. The bonus amount cannot be withdrawn until this requirement is met.
• Time Limit: All bonuses must be used within a specified period. Any unused bonus will expire at the end of that period.
• A bonus cannot be used simultaneously with: Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless the promotional terms state otherwise.
• Bonus Abuse: If any misuse of the bonus system is detected, ez7 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ez7 platform. Violations will result in serious action:

• Creating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Registering with false information or using another person's identity.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Attempting to manipulate betting or gaming outcomes.
• Placing bets using software bots, scripts, or automated systems.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the platform for personal gain.
• Harassing or defrauding other members.
• Placing bets through or on behalf of a third party.

If any of the above prohibited activities are engaged in, ez7 reserves the right to immediately close the relevant account and forfeit the balance. Legal action may also be taken if necessary.

Ez7 may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• In the event of a Terms & Conditions violation.
• When suspicious or unusual activity is detected.
• If KYC verification has not been completed.
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).
• Due to prolonged inactivity.

If a member wishes to close their account, they must contact the support team. The member will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance before closure, unless the account is being closed due to a rule violation.

Ez7 is not responsible for the following:

• If a bet is lost or missed due to internet disconnection or technical issues.
• If a third-party service (mobile banking, bank) fails.
• If the member's account credentials are exposed due to their own negligence.
• If services are disrupted due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, government directives, or war.

Ez7 always strives to ensure the security and stability of the platform. However, completely uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed. Occasional downtime may occur for maintenance purposes.

• Your personal information is used solely for service delivery and identity verification.
• Personal information is never sold to third parties.
• Information may need to be disclosed to regulatory authorities due to legal obligations.

Ez7 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified as early as possible before any changes take effect.

• Changes to the terms will take effect from the date they are published on this page.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved under international law.
• If any provision is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining terms will continue to be fully effective.
